Business Development Representative

This is a telemarketing and CRM position based in our Colona, IL office. I-80 Equpiment not only offers a competitve $12 an hour, there are also opportunites for bonuses to be given out monthly or even weekly based on performance! Business Development Representative


  • Must be positive, upbeat, and friendly
  • Must be able to connect well with others
  • CRM Experience (beneficial but not required)
  • Computer processing skills
  • experience (beneficial but not required)


  • Deliver prepared customer connection talks, reading from scripts that describe trucks, in order to gauge a customer's interest in a truck
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to connect with customers for trucks
  • Explain trucks and features, as well as prices, and answer questions about them from customers
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address and email, then enter those details into Salesforce
  • Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interests of each individual you speak to
  • Record customer response into Salesforce and follow up if necessary‚Äč
